**Chomchom:**
Chom chom, yet another delicacy from the eastern part of India, is colorful and is typically filled with khoya or coconut. Because of its texture and flavor, it surely is a special item on the wedding sweets table.
**Patishapta:**
For more formal dining, patishapta, a rather literal translation of which is ‘twice fried Bengali crepe,’ filled with coconut and jaggery would be ideal. The uniqueness of the rustic flavor of the wedding gives the couple a feeling of comfort, and they feel ‘at home’ during the wedding.
